Thank you for shopping with Urban Go Prep. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship using a mix of carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and others. Our shipping partner platform selects the best available carrier and service for your order based on your location and current rates.

Delivery Timeframes Once handed off to our shipping partner, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your region, distance from our fulfilment location in Brampton, Ontario, and time of year. Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders of $99.00 or more (pre-tax) to standard destinations within Canada. Certain regions may require special shipping rates due to distance or carrier restrictions. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you after your order is placed to identify the best available delivery options before proceeding.

Shipping Destinations At this time, we ship within Canada only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
