Refund & Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Emergency kits or other products packaged in vacuum-sealed pouches are eligible for return only if the pouch seal has not been broken.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@urbangoprep.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. If your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For non-warranty returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened. These may include food, water, hygiene and personal-care products, as well as other sealed consumable products.

Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. Once an eligible return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
