Frequently Asked Questions
Is this good for emergency kits?
Yes. Coghlan’s Tissue on the Go is one of the most practical sanitation items for emergency kits, 72-hour bags, and bug-out bags. At 50g and pocket-sized, it adds almost no weight or bulk but covers a critical hygiene need during power outages, evacuations, or extended outdoor situations.
How does the pull-out dispenser work?
Simply pull tissue from the centre of the roll through the top opening of the dispenser. The casing keeps the tissue clean, dry, and protected from dirt, moisture, and the elements — making it reliable toilet paper on the go in any conditions.
Is it soft enough for everyday use?
Yes. The tissue is soft 2-ply — comfortable and absorbent for all uses including hygiene, wiping hands, cleaning surfaces, and general backcountry sanitation tasks.
How compact is it?
It fits easily in a jacket pocket, pack side pocket, glove compartment, or any pouch in an emergency kit. The pull-out dispenser keeps it self-contained so it won’t unravel or get contaminated in your gear.
