What is your Warranty Policy?
The following products carry a 90 day warranty from date of shipment:
- Flashlights
- Emergency crank flashlight / radios
- Multi-tools
- Multi-knives
If any of the above becomes defective within the warranty coverage period, please contact us by email at info@urbangoprep.com, and include the following information:
- Order number
- Date of Purchase
- Description of the issue or defect with the product
Upon warranty return authorization, Urban Go Prep will provide prepaid shipping instructions.
Product replacement or refund for defective items within warranty will be made at the discretion of Urban Go Prep.
Can I return products purchased through the Urban Go Prep Store?
Yes, with the following requirements:
- Products are returnable if they are unused and in the original packaging.
- Essentials kits that were shipped in vacuum sealed pouches are returnable as long as the pouch seal is not broken
- All returns must be requested with 10 calendar days of receipt of shipment
- All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at info@urbangoprep.com.
- Shipping costs for non-warranty returns to Urban Go Prep are customer responsibility
