When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders placed through our store will ship within 1-2 business days. When choosing your shipping option, you will note that approximate shipping lead times in number of business days are given.

What is your Warranty Policy?
The following products carry a 90 day warranty from date of shipment:
- Flashlights
- Emergency crank flashlight / radios
- Multi-tools
- Multi-knives
If any of the above becomes defective within the warranty coverage period, please contact us by email at info@urbangoprep.com, and include the following information:
- Order number
- Date of Purchase
- Description of the issue or defect with the product
Upon warranty return authorization, Urban Go Prep will provide prepaid shipping instructions.
Product replacement or refund for defective items within warranty will be made at the discretion of Urban Go Prep.
Can I return products purchased through the Urban Go Prep Store?
Yes, with the following requirements:
- Products are returnable if they are unused and in the original packaging.
- Essentials kits that were shipped in vacuum sealed pouches are returnable as long as the pouch seal is not broken
- All returns must be requested with 10 calendar days of receipt of shipment
- All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at info@urbangoprep.com.
- Shipping costs for non-warranty returns to Urban Go Prep are customer responsibility

This is my 6th purchase from Urban Go Prep. I've searched through literally dozens of sites for over a year, trying to figure out what best suites my needs in the city. This went way beyond that!
Starting off with the bag... it's of heavy duty construction including the zippers, and straps which are super comfortable. I also love the fact that there are so many handy compartments, especially the outside ones for water bottle placement. I purchased The Urban Essentials Bundle, as it checked off the need of any emergency checklist requirements that I saw.
All items fit nicely in the bag, leaving plenty of room for your personal additions. Instructions are included as to what else is needed (water, food & medicine...etc). Some items I personally like to include are the fleece blanket, pocket butane stove (note: fuel not included), cook set & upgrade to their multi-function knife. Their tube tent would cover you in case you end up outdoors.
